NODO - Product guide

NODO is our original MagSafe holder clamp.

It allows you to dock and remove your phone from your MagSafe charger with a single hand, while freeing up space from your desk surface.

The robust clamp design ensures a stable attachment to the desk shelf, while the minimalistic look with a distinctive accent makes it a premium and modern desk accessory.

Setting up your NODO

There are 3 simple steps to have a fully functional NODO clamp on your desk:

  1. Route the USB-C cable of your MagSafe charger through the opening on the clamp
  2. Place the MagSafe puck on the holder and apply some light pressure on it to fully insert the puck in position
  3. Insert the lock on the back of the assembly as shown in the image
  4. Place the clamp on a stable shelf or desk edge and tighten the screw until the clamp is secured - Do not overtighten it!

Usage and Care

  • Install your MagSafe clamp on any shelf or table top surface compatible with the opening width you ordered.
  • The front accent part can be removed by applying moderate pressure through the hole at the bottom of the holder. If you ordered a wooden accent part, you may remove it once a year to restore the protective finish on the front side. You can use any beeswax or wood protection product to do so.
  • Do not overtighten the thumbscrew. Excessive torque applied to the clamp might deform it permanently.
  • The product is made from bioplastic derived from corn starch (Polylactic Acid or PLA). Do not use it on hot environments (above 40°C or 104°F) as it may deform permanently.


Useful tips

  • With your NODO, you can make use of the StandBy mode on your iPhone to turn it into a calendar or clock (or many other things). Keeping your phone in a dedicated space can help you stay more focused while working or studying.

Cable clip

We have included a small cable clip with a pre-applied double-sided adhesive. It works well on smooth surfaces and leaves no residues. You can use it under your desk or desk shelf to tidy up your MagSafe’s cable.

Adhesive pad

The included adhesive pad can help you keep your MagSafe secured into place if you notice that the charging puck is becoming loose over time.

To use it, just peel of the protective film and install your MagSafe charger as usual. Do not remove it for a couple hours so that the microsuction pad creates a strong bond with the charger.

If you ever need to remove your charger from the holder after using the adhesive pad, you just need to carefully apply pressure from the back until it comes loose.

The adhesive pad leaves no residues in your charger or the NODO Lite unit once removed.

Things to consider

Compatibility

You should be able to insert your MagSafe charging puck by applying a light pressure on the front of it. If you need to press too hard, let us know and we'll help you check if there's any compatibility issue

Our products are designed to fit high-quality, original chargers from Apple and Google*. Because of the large amount of MagSafe-compatible chargers out there, we can only guarantee the compatibility with these models.
