Delivery and shipping conditions

If the seller offers to ship the goods, delivery will be made within the specified delivery area to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address provided at the time of order processing is binding.
Exception: If PayPal is selected as the payment method, the shipping address provided by the customer to PayPal at the time of payment will be used.

The phone number field at checkout is optional, but we highly recommend including it. This number may be used by the courier to contact the recipient in case they are unable to deliver the package (e.g., incorrect address, absent recipient, or restricted access to the delivery location).

The seller is not responsible for undelivered packages due to:

  • missing or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer,

  • the absence of a reachable phone number if required by the courier,

  • or failure by the courier to reach the consignee due to contact issues.

If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the customer will bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller for the failed delivery.
This clause does not affect the customer's statutory right of withdrawal. In such cases, the return shipping provisions outlined in the seller’s Cancellation Policy shall apply.

Transfer of Risk

  • For consumers: the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the customer upon receipt of the goods by the customer or an authorized person.

  • For business customers: the risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the shipping service provider (freight forwarder, courier, or other).

In cases where the customer arranges their own shipping service (not designated by the seller), the risk passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the chosen shipping provider, even if the customer is a consumer.

Non-Availability of Goods

The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of incorrect or failed delivery by their own suppliers, provided this is not due to the seller’s fault and the seller has entered into a congruent covering transaction with the supplier. In such cases, the customer will be informed without delay, and any payments already made will be refunded promptly.

Please note that self-collection is not available due to logistical reasons.
